You will find our over 280 homes located throughout Southeast Louisiana primarily in Lafourche Parish. We build on your lot or in our development. We have developed 3 subdivisions in the Lockport area starting with Bayou Crossing, then Pelican way and now on the 2nd phase of Heritage Heights with only 1 more phase coming.

Preconstruction Planning

We work with you on finding a floor plan that meets your needs and price range, discussing amenities you want down to the last detail, discussing prices and allowances. .

Construction Management

From the first day of construction to the last we work with you on product selections helping you to stay in budget and keep the project running smooth without delays

Final Inspection and Closing

Once your home is complete, we will walk you through your new home to acquaint you with its features and the operation of various systems and components and explain your responsibilities for maintenance and upkeep, as well as warranty coverage and procedures. It’s also an opportunity for you to spot items that need to be corrected or adjusted.
